Egmont Honey, Strawberry, Basil & Mascarpone Toast
This makes the most delicious snack and is quick and easy to prepare, making the most of in-season strawberries as they once again become commonplace on supermarket shelves.

Cook Time: 3-4 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces of sourdough bread
- Mascarpone
- 4 large strawberries, sliced
- Egmont Honey to drizzle
- A small handful basil leaves
METHOD
1. Toast the bread to your liking then spread the sourdough toast with a generous layer of mascarpone.
2. Top with the sliced strawberries, a good drizzle of honey and the basil leaves then serve!
