Egmont Honey Chargrilled Asparagus with Feta
Make the most of in-season asparagus with this quick and easy recipe. Charring the asparagus gives it a lovely smoky flavour and the salty feta pairs beautifully with the lemon and honey that finish off this dish.

Cook Time: 6-8 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2x bunches asparagus
- Olive oil
- 25g feta cheese
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Egmont Honey to drizzle
METHOD
1. Snap the woody ends off the asparagus and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Heat a BBQ or griddle plate over a medium-high heat and char the asparagus until cooked through.
3. Arrange the asparagus on a platter and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Crumble over the feta, squeeze over some lemon juice then drizzle with honey.
